It wasn't part of the original plan — but it became something we're proud to have built together.
Before our mom passed away suddenly in 2021, she was going to help us start a cleaning business together — something we'd always talked about, always wanted to do as sisters.
Her passing left us with a lot more on our plates: helping run our dad's cattle ranch and construction business, taking on more of the household responsibilities, and figuring out how to move forward without her.
But we didn't let go of the idea. If anything, it mattered more. So in the middle of everything else, we started KC Commercial Cleaners — named for us, built the way she would have wanted: done right, done with care, and done together.
We're still best friends, still sisters, and still each other's biggest supporters. And every job we take on carries a little bit of her in it.
A Business Built on a Promise
Helping run our dad's cattle ranch and construction business taught us something you can't fake: showing up matters, details matter, and the job isn't done until it's actually done right. We bring that same mindset to every cleaning job — arriving prepared, working efficiently, and checking our own work before we call it finished.
We know what it's like to run a busy operation, because we live it. That's part of why contractors, ag operations, and small businesses trust us to get in, do the job, and get out of the way.

Why Small and Local Matters
When you call KC, you get Christina or Karina — not a dispatcher, not a rotating crew, not a stranger. We're the ones who show up, and we're the ones who answer when something needs adjusting. That kind of accountability is hard to find with bigger cleaning companies, and it's exactly why we stay small on purpose.
Outside of work, we're just as involved at home — raising our kids (and for Christina, spoiling grandkids), showing up for their activities, and making the most of time with family. That's the same care and attention we bring to every job site, office, and move-out we clean.
